Segun Adewale, a popular Lagos State politician popularly called Aeroland, yesterday slapped  BBC journalist who caught him on camera in the act of vote buying.

At the polling booth in Pleasure Bus stop along Lagos-Abeokuta expressway, the journalist noticed him giving voters N1,000 immediately they finished voting and decided to record it.

Once he noticed what she was doing he accosted her and slapped her before collecting her phone. With the help of the police stationed there, she was able to recover her phone from him.
