Ama Muna Sues Akere, Ben, Fombad Muna for Property Sharing
Ama Tutu Muna, former Minister of Arts and Culture, has sued her brothers including Akere, to get an equal share of their late father's property.
The children of Solomon Tandeng Muna do not seem to agree on how the inheritance of the former president of the National Assembly of Cameroon is managed.
On February 19, Ama Tutu Muna, the youngest of the Muna family, sued her brothers to claim a fair share of the property left by their father.
The “summon” is addressed to Bernard, Akere and Fombad Muna. Ama Tutu Muna thus intends to obtain an equal distribution of the family inheritance.
Indeed, it is alleged that the issue was brought to the attention of the traditional authorities of their village in Ngye-Mbo and seemingly no solutions were reached at. Pundits have described the matter as intriguing as the issue is coming to court at the heels of Akere Muna’s preparation for the 2018 presidential election, for which he announced his candidacy.

Nothing should given to that woman. Her only child a boy unfortunately died. She is alone and so what does she want to do with family property? Give her boyfriend or what? We Africans should not let ancestral property be given to people out of the family tree. Even Italians don't allow any such thing. Donald Trump will not even let that happen. Most British families would never think about that especially the Royal family. Even If her son was alive I would not still support her because he is not a Muna child. His own father should give his own property and not look on those of her martenal grandmother. As a lone mother now what does she want to do with family property? GREED GREED GREED GREED. If she has to rigt to anything that thing must not be passed unto anybody who is not from the Muna clan. She wants to take family property just to bribe a boyfriend with it for him to continue having sex with her. Rubbish. What does she think about the sons of Bun Muna, Akere Muna and the rest of the males of that family who are supposed to be in charge of family continuity? Women go and make children and give to their husbands or fathers of those children. Men don't do that.
ReplyDeleteWell said Jonathan. Ama Tut is living q decent life and should not bother people about "inheritance"
ReplyDeleteTo who will she bequeath the inherited property when she will pass on?
