Wonders they say, 'shall never end!' A female pastor has been reportedly disgraced by villagers after she was caught with some fetish items in Anambra. It has been reported that a self-acclaimed female pastor who owns a prayer house, has been disgraced for being in possession of fetish items.The woman and her co-worker were busted by some villagers she tried to carry out a deliverance session with the fetish items in Anambra.
Local reports show that that the woman came for special prayers at Isuofia town in Aguata Local Government Area of the state, with the items.
The villagers promptly apprehended the woman and asked her what she came to do as she claimed she came for prayers at a family house in the area.
When her bag was searched, cowries, red candle, and other fetish items were found in her possession as the villagers questioned her on the kind of prayers she came to perform.
After much interrogation by the villagers, the woman admitted that she’s a native doctor and also has a license for her practice.
The villagers warned her and the aide not to enter the village again under the guise of conducting spiritual deliverance.
It is often said that nothing in the world is more dangerous than sincere ignorance while knowledge is believed to be the only light.
The people of Enugu were left in shock after a popular priestess renounced her fetish practices. Identified as Inyama Ogbanje, she reportedly repented of all her evil ways in Amalla-Egazi, Udenu local government area of the state.
Reports also have it that on Friday, January 11, Ogbanje finally accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior. She did this by clearing all the fetish items from her shrine and hired a bus to move them away.
Villagers were shocked because of the large number of fetish items that were whisked away from Ogbanje’s shrine.
All the fetish items that were recovered from her shrine. Looking at the pictures, some people could be seen with their hands on their heads.
