Immediate past Ekiti State Governor Ayodele Fayose on Wednesday afternoon sustained injuries after his G-Wagon Benz with registration number AAA777TM was involved in multiple car crash.

The accident occurred on Third Mainland Bridge inward Iyana Oworo around 1pm.

Lere Olayinka, aide to the ex governor, posted the news of the accident via a tweet that read: "Immediate past Governor of Ekiti State, Mr Ayodele Fayose was involved in auto accident on 3rd Mainland Bridge in Lagos few minutes ago.
