News In Pictures: Femi Adebayo Welcomes His First Child With Second Wife Omotayo Sanusi

Nollywood actor Femi Adebayo welcomes a baby boy from his second wife on 21 December, the actor, who took to his Instagram page shared a photo of him holding on to his child, the child was born in Houston, Texas, USA.

He posted,

“Our Eagle has landed and our world is complete. I’m super excited … Our bundle of Joy is here 😍😍… It’s a boy👣 👦… Join us in giving thanks to God Almighty… Love you so much @iyanaladuke … It’s been a wonderful journey”

The couple got married on Sunday, October 9, 2016, eight years after being divorced from his first wife.

Femi Adebayo (born 31 December 1978) is a Nigerian lawyer, film actor, director, producer and Special Adviser to the Governor of Kwara State on Arts, Culture and Tourism. He is the son of the veteran actor, Adebayo Salami.

He was born on December 1978 in Lagos, southwest Nigeria, but he originates from Ilorin, Kwara State. He attended the University of Ilorin where he obtained a bachelor's degree in Law and a Master of Arts (M. A) degree in Theatre Art. He is also currently studying for his Doctorate Degree (Ph.D) in Law at University of Ilorin.

He is happily married after a breakup with his first wife Khadijat. He got married to Omotayo Adebayo after staying out of marriage for 8 years. They got married on the 9th of October 2016. His first marriage is blessed with 3 kids.

He began acting in 1985, the same year he featured in his father's first movie titled Ogun Ajaye. He has starred in several Nigerian films,[quantify] winning four awards as Best Yoruba actor at the 17th African Film Awards popularly known as Afro Hollywood awards at the Stratford Town Hall in London. He also won an award in the same category for the Best of Nollywood Broadcasting Organization of Nigeria Awards in 2012. He has a long list of movies to his credits which includes the much anticipated Sonto Alapata, Wura Ati Fadaka, Ma Wobadan and Buga(a very funny one) just to mention a few. Femi is the MD/CEO of J-15 media network Nigeria. He has masters in law.
