Many Cars Razed As Fuel Tanker Explodes At Barracks Bus Stop In Lagos

Several vehicles got burnt in the early hours of Tuesday after a tanker was razed by fire in Lagos.

The incident occurred at Barracks bus stop, beside Iyana-Iba, along Lagos-Badagry Expressway, Lagos.

Although details of the incident remain sketchy as at press time, the Lagos State Emergency Management Agency, LASEMA, confirmed the incident in a brief interview with PREMIUM TIMES Tuesday morning.

Adesina Tiamiyu, General Manager of LASEMA, however said that no life was lost in the incident.

“Three buses, one car, six trucks were affected. No life was lost nor injury sustained,” he told our correspondent.
