Nigerian singer David Adeleke popularly called Davido and also referred to the boss of #30billion Gang has been called out by a designer of luxury jewelries over unpaid debt of N60Million.

The man identified as Afolabi Kazeem had way back in April called out Davido with allegations that the singer run away with his N60m, has finally filed a lawsuit against him.

According to Afolabi, he had given Davido the money to help invest in jewelry business but Davido never kept his own end of the agreement as he instead threaten his life.

He wrote; “@davidoofficial I think and know that you know and understand what it means to bring this whole drama on to social media. I am doing this cause you have threatened not just my life but the life of my loved ones. I am taking this step by step use your head my nigga and send my 60 million naira i have proofs. Wicked soul. Part 2; One of the many police invites carrying David Adeleke’s name. One of the many invites he refused to show up for. One of the many invites David Adeleke refused.

Davido you put me through troubles. You resisted all arrest, you and Bayo Adeleke @bredhkn resisted arrest from the police. Nigeria a corrupt country, where a citizen a normal civilian resisted arrest for years. You threatened me and my family (proofs intact). Now you block me here i would fight you David @davidoofficial. I don’t care how many police men you bribe i would get my money from you”.

Speaking on the lawsuit against Davido; He wrote

“This is a copy of letter of demand sent by my team of lawyers working round the clock to ensure i get my money back from Mr. David Adeldeji Adeleke. I needed to go legal to prove to everyone that my claim of 120,000 £ ( 60million) against Davido is for real and at the appropriate time we would go to court of law for judgment. Please, be patient with me even though my life is now in Davido’s. Thank you all I know justice will be seen been done in this case.”Afolabi wrote.
