Fani Kayode reveals Obasanjo’s greatest mistake on Buhari

Femi Fani Kayode, former minister of aviation says the greatest mistake former president Olusegun Obasanjo made was not to prosecute President Muhammadu Buhari.

The former minister writing on his Twitter page stated that Obasanjo at one time summoned Buhari over billions of dollars belonging to the Petroleum Special Trust Funds, PTF.

Fani Kayode wrote “The greatest mistake that OBJ made was not to prosecute and jail @MBuhari for looting PTF funds.

“I saw the report and it was shocking.Billions of dollars had vanished. Obasanjo summoned him and showed him the damning report.

“Buhari begged like a baby.Sadly Obasanjo let him off the hook.”

This is coming at a time when President Buhari hinted on Tuesday, the possibility of probing Obasanjo over the failed $16 billion power project.

In response, Obasanjo mocked Buhari, noting that he was ready to be probed.
