The driver has been labelled a hero after reportedly sacrificing his life in order to save his passengers during the accident.
The driver who was conveying other passengers to Lagos collided with a heavy duty trailer along a Lagos highway which killed him on the spot.
Local reports show that when it became apparent that the two vehicles were going to collide, the driver of Ejiro Onovughe Motors used his side to collide with the trailer on purpose in order to avoid causalities from the passengers’ side.
The driver passed away immediately after the fatal crash.
