A man has been arrested as the Committee for the Defence of Human Rights rescue the son he brutalized with a cutlass in Kaduna State.

The victim

Following alleged brutalization by his father, a young boy has been hospitalized in Kaduna state after the 'evil' man attacked and cut him with a cutlass as a punishment for his undisclosed offence.

The boy‘s case has been taken up by the Committee for the Defense of Human Rights .
