The lingering marital drama between Nollywood actress, Tonto Dikeh and her ex-husband, Olakunle Churchill, has taken another twist as he has filed a lawsuit against her at the family court of the Lagos State Magistrate court.

Few weeks ago, it was reported that popular Nollywood actress, Tonto Dikeh, was captured on camera as she stripped unclad for a new reality TV show titled “King Tonto”, which will exclusively premiere on Linda Ikeji TV.

The video teaser released by popular blogger, Linda Ikeji, shows the actress go through her day to day activities as she takes care of her son, King and also undergoes cosmetic surgery, saying her body has always been something she has been ashamed of.
 
Several online sources are now reporting that if the actress' ex-husband, Olakunle Churchill has his way, the reality show will not see the light of day. This is because Churchill is reportedly seeking a court injunction against the show because his son’s image may be exploited for financial gains.
