Detectives are desperately trying to trace the family of a desperately ill mystery man who collapsed outside a London hospital on Boxing Day.
The man has been placed into a medically induced coma after suffering a heart attack outside University College Hospital in central London.
Scotland Yard have released an image of the man in a bid to track down family or friends who might recognise him.
Doctors treating the man have described his condition as 'life-threatening'.
A Metropolitan Police spokesman said: 'Due to his poor state of health police are keen to trace his family as soon as possible.'
Officers have described the man as light-skinned black or of Asian origin.
Police added that it is possible he may be homeless.
Anyone who can assist in identifying the man should call CID at Central North Command Unit by dialling 101.
