I'm very glad that I panicked. I felt like I'd won the lottery when the coat arrived.

I really like its traditional materials: the British Millerain drywaxed cotton and the horn buttons. There's a big map pocket inside. Or is it for mobile phones? Perhaps, but I don't carry one.

We Lucky Thirty

The coat is perfect for an overcast coastal walk and a chug out in a boat to an island peopled by monks. It was a bit warm to wear it on the day these photo's were taken, but I thought I should capture it before heavy use renders it less than pristine.
