Karma: Man Who Allegedly Beheaded His Own Sister in Benue Dies In Hospital

A man who reportedly had the nerve to murder his own sister in a most brutal manner has passed away at the hospital after the severe beating he got from irate youths.

The suspect was beaten up by angry youths

Simply identified as Jonah, a suspect who was nabbed by angry youths in Otukpa, Ogbadibo Local Government Area of Benue State on allegation that he beheaded his sister has died in hospital.

According to Punch Metro, the suspect was arrested as he attempted to flee the community. He was then beaten severely by youths, who tied him up.

According to the spokesperson for the Benue State Police Command, Mr. Moses Yamu, Jonah died before he could be questioned because of extensive injuries he sustained during the beating.

Yamu said his death made it impossible to determine whether the claim that he beheaded his sister in the heat of an argument was true or not.

“He was rushed to the hospital after he was captured and beaten. But he died two hours after he arrived the hospital,” Yamu said.
