Still in the spirit of his birthday celebration, the governor decided to stage a thanksgiving service in is church on Sunday, September 24 and was joined by other members of his family.

He had about three to four cakes. One of them has his famous cap and the other in form of a bible. It could be recalled that Governor Okorocha received 27 birthday cakes from the 27 local government areas in Imo state and they all gathered to celebrate with him.
