Former Chelsea manager, Jose Mourinho has claimed his title winning squad of 2014-15 played better football than Conte’s squad and Ranieri’s Leicester.

The current Manchester United manager won the trophy in 2014-15 by eight points, but scored 10 less goals than second placed City.

The next season saw Leicester storm to the trophy, with Chelsea finishing outside of the European qualification spot. The title came back to Chelsea last season under Conte, but Mourinho insists his squad was better than both teams.

“For me, let’s be honest and objective,” Mourinho told the Times. “The last three Premier League champions, Chelsea with Mourinho, Leicester with Ranieri, Chelsea with Conte, which of these teams was the most offensive one? Which played more quality football? It was mine. But nobody says.”
