Deadly armed robbers have invaded a supermarket in Victoria Island, Lagos and murdered its Pakistani manager.

A Lebanese man based in Nigeria, Omar Alikaj has narrated on Twitter how a Pakistani supermarket manager was brutally murdered by armed robbers who attacked the Nars Supermarket in Victoria Island area of Lagos state.

Alikaj who is a grahics designer said: "#VILagos' not safe either. Thieves turned Nars Supermarket's gen off & lured the poor #Pakistani staff I knew to his grave. #Lagos #Nigeria."

He has called on the police to fish out the criminals as the area is no longer safe.
