Reports reaching DAILY POST says officials of the Federal Inland Revenue Service, FIRS, have sealed off Movig Hotel in Delta State.

The hotel is allegedly owned by the former Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Monday Ovwigho Igbuya over backlog of debts.

The FIRS officials chased guests out of the hotel situated along Akintola Road extension in Sapele Area before sealing off the hotel.

The FIRS Officials embarked on the action after repeatedly writing to the hotel management without any response.

The owner of the hotel was nowhere to be found as the officials sealed the building.

Contacted, Rt. Hon. Monday Ovwigho Igbuya did not pick and return calls, including text messages put across to his Mobile phone line.
