Abubakar Bello, Niger State Governor

Alhaji Haruna Vatsa, the Director-General of Protocol to Niger State Governor and first son of the late Maj.-Gen. Mamman Vatsa, is dead.

Governor Abubakar Bello’s Chief Press Secretary, Jibrin Ndace, stated this in a statement yesterday.

According to him, Vatsa died yesterday afternoon in Kaduna, after a brief illness.

Burial arrangement will be announced later.
