Politicians have their own way of uniting when the ground is leveled despite their vicious attacks against each other during elections.

Governor Ayodele Fayose of Ekiti State who belongs to the opposition party - People's Democratic Party has been very critical of the All Progressives Congress with a special form of 'hatred' for their leader, President Muhammadu Buhari who is currently away in London, United Kingdom for a medical vacation.

This strained relationship hasn't deterred the vocal governor from paying a special visit to Governor Godwin Obaseki of Edo State who belongs to the APC. The duo were pictured yesterday sharing a laugh and spending time together at the Edo State Government House.

Mr. Fayose also toured other areas of the old western region as he identified with powerful figures in the South-south State.

These are also some images from Fayose's courtesy visit to His Royal Majesty, Omo N'Oba N'Edo Uku Akpolokpolo Oba Ewuare II, Ogidigan Oba of Benin Kingdom at the Monarch's palace on Thursday, 6th July, 2017.

The Governor was expected to deliver a lecture at Ben Idahosa University, Benin, as part of activities in celebration of the institution's 13th Convocation.
