Return To Your 'Natural Home' – Jonathan Tells PDP Defectors
Former President Goodluck Jonathan has called on those who decamped the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, to return to the party
The former president made his reaction known through his Twitter handle, @GEJonathan, shortly after the Supreme Court made judgment in favour of Ahmed Makarfi.
He also congratulated the Senator Ahmed Makarfi-led National Caretaker Committee members and urged them not to see the victory of a section of the party.
His statement in part:, “I believe in our jurists. We may have issues with some individuals but the Nigerian judiciary deserves respect and commendation.

“Today’s verdict is a judgment where there are no winners or losers. It is a verdict that will bring our party together.
“I thank God for this day of Justice and may God bless Nigeria. GEJ.”
