Late military head of state, General Sani Abacha's former chief press secretary, David Attah, has passed away.

According to Premium Times, the late Attah who also served as spokesperson to Abacha’s successor, former military ruler, Abdulsalami Abubakar, died early on Tuesday.

Late Attah's son, Emmanuel Attah, said he died at a private hospital in Jos, Plateau State, where he was receiving medical treatment.
